Customer service made lasting impression
A few months ago an employee of the EMS Bureau was in need of some mileage information for the state of Idaho (highway mileage only), and this week another EMS bureau employee was in need for mileage information based on county, to include improved and unimproved roadways.
The first time I received the request I had no idea who to turn to. Bob Koeberlein sent me to Dorothy Aydelotte. Dorothy helped me with the first request. Her response time was incredible; the information she provided was remarkable. With this second request, I contacted Dorothy to see if she could help me again or steer me in the correct direction. She did both. She provided me with the information needed and with a contact point for roads not under the jurisdiction of ITD.
I hope I conveyed to you that your employee made an impression on me. She showed superior customer service on two separate occasions, and I felt that deserved a pat on the back and an e-mail to her supervisor.
