The HRS staff said most ITD employees know someone who might be a great fit for a job within the department. Involving ITD’s talented employees in the process will allow more contact with potential job applicants and increase the possibility of more successful hiring. With this new process, HRS hopes to continue providing information that helps both employees and potential job applicants fulfill their career goals.
HRS will continue to expand the ITD recruiting program
in the next few months. Employees soon will see a new careers@ITD
logo on the front page of the ITD Web site, along with an updated Human
Resource Services page that provides job opportunity information at
“It is our desire to have an effective strategy that will help ITD maintain our excellent employee talent, develop a successful recruiting program and expand our outreach to attract the best talent possible,” the HRS staff explains.
