This e-mail is in regards to help I received from Incident
I called AAA for assistance, but just as I reached a representative, an Incident Response vehicle pulled up behind me. The man offered to change my very flat, very mangled tire. His name was Jim Cherry, and he was friendly and informative, despite the fact it was 35 degrees outside.
When I asked him how he had arrived so quickly, he explained that he was actually at the end of his shift, headed back and pulled over when he saw me. Once my tire was changed (not an easy feat due to some nasty lug nuts and his truck compressor which was acting up), I discovered that my battery had gone dead and needed a jump start.
Jim was able to help me out once again and get me safely on my way home, long after he should have been home himself.
I am grateful to Jim for his patience and the assistance he gave me and so thankful we have an Incident Response team!
Fry is a reflection on entire staff
To Amy Smith
I would be more than remiss if I did not convey to you and your staff of the prompt reply, professionalism, personable e-mail, and expert knowledge displayed by Mr. Fry. I was very impressed with the knowledge and actions of Mr. Fry. I can only assume that his performance is a reflection of your entire staff, which must be an extension of your training program and mentorship.
In closing, with the high operation tempo, it is a blessing
to have even the smallest burden removed, so we can focus on the time
we have in the states with our family. It really means a lot. I would
like to send my sincere thank you, and blessing to your staff. especially
