planned Wednesday at Headquarters
Although the ITD employees organization DOROLCO has taken some of the suds out of the annual festival, the spirit remains in tact. Employees are invited to share the experience from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., Wednesday (Oct. 13) in the Headquarters break room and adjoining patio area.
Oktoberfest and accompanying fall safety exhibits are jointly sponsored by DOROLCO and the Office of Employee Safety. The menu includes a choice of German, Bratwurst or veggie sausage, condiments, chili, potato chips, pie and a beverage (sorry, no Bavarian beer). There is no cost to members of the employee organization or new enrollees; others will be pay $4 (collectable at the door). Today is the final day to register your choice of menu items. It must be done via e-mail (no paper tickets) at: VotingResults@itd.idaho.gov
A number of safety-related displays are planned in conjunction with Oktoberfest. Anyone available to help prepare or serve the meal, set up or clean up may contact Trudi Olmstead at ext. 8277.
