The Bottom Line
Open enrollment for life insurance
begins Sept. 1
The life insurance plan is designed to supplement other life insurance that ITD employees may already have through ITDs benefit program or any insurance employees may have purchased independently. The open enrollment period provides an opportunity to purchase term life insurance with no medical evidence requirements. The monthly cost remains the same, regardless of your age.
Anyone interested in more information about the NCPERS open enrollment should contact the respective district administration office. Employees at Headquarters may call Carla Anderson (ext. 8871), Carlin Hill (ext. 8012) or Barbara Kantola (ext. 8009).
