SURPLUS PROPERTY AUCTIONS

Welcome to the Property Management Section's Surplus Property Auction page.

The Right of Way Section periodically places surplus property for auction throughout the state. Auctions are generally held on site or through sealed bids. If the property is valued under $10,000 they are offered to the adjoining neighbor(s) prior to public auction. If the property is valued over $10,000 they are offered to government agencies prior to public auction.

To participate in a sealed bid auction, you need to print, fill out and return the sealed bid package (available below if there is a current sealed bid auction) to the address at the right, prior to the stated opening date and time. Late bids will NOT be considered. Thank you for participating.
