Attendence Registration Information

Location: Boise Centre On The Grove, Boise Idaho
Dates: April 4 and 5, 2007

Registration Deadline is March 12, 2007.
A separate registration form must be filled out for each conference attendee.
Lunch and dinner are provided on April 4; lunch on April 5
Vegetarian menus available.
Registration before March 12 is $195.00 per person
Registration after March 12 is $245.00
Banquet Guest $25.00 (per person)
A $75 Administration Fee will be charged for reservations cancelled prior to March 26, 2007.
No refunds after March 26, 2007.
