Notice to Contractors

This page contains information concerning highway construction and maintenance projects currently advertised for bidding by the Idaho Transportation Department. Item listings contained herein are from the original project advertisement and do not reflect changes made by addendum. This page will be updated as projects are released for advertising or when the bid opening dates are changed.

Project plans may be purchased by calling 208-334-8430 (1-800-732-2098 within Idaho) weekdays between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM Mountain Time. The Plan Sales Office is closed on holidays and weekends.

• ***Proposals and Plans will no longer be available in hard copy; Documents will be available only on Optical Media.***

• Please use credit cards when ordering plans. The department will continue to accept cash, checks, or money orders. (Please, no cash through the mail).

• EBS Links added: Contractors opting to submit their Bid Schedule electronically, independent of the Internet bidding process (Bid Express), may download the EBS (Electronic Bid Schedule) file. When choosing this option, it is important that you submit an electronic Media File (Floppy Disk, CD or DVD) with your Bid Package, so that we may better serve you. In addition, please print and attach a hard copy of the EBS file to your bid packet.
