The Idaho Transportation Department has developed Standard Special Provisions, Example Special Provisions, and Bid Proposal Inserts that can be included in the bid proposal to address situations not covered by ITD's Standard Specifications for Highway Construction and Supplemental Specifications. Commonly called Special Provisions, these items must be assembled into the bid contract documents. Formatting and other errors may occur during conversion. The user assumes all responsibility for use of any file conversion process.
