Project Number: A101(493) The current I-15 Clark Street Interchange project has created an opportunity to consider the landscaping at our local interchanges. It is proposed that the Clark Street Interchange be developed as the premier gateway to the city and establish a landscape design concept to eventually be used at the other Pocatello interchanges.
