Project Description

This half-mile project consists of a left-turn bay onto Roseberry Street (mp. 131) and a two-way left-turn (center turn) lane through town, starting at Boulder Creek Bridge. The project also includes minor sidewalk additions, drainage improvements, and traffic-access control.
